Administration is where the magic happens.  The administration of your business keeps all of the wheels turning in order to keep moving forward.  How well you manage your business echoes through every part of it, ranging from how you answer phone calls/e-mails to how well you treat your employees. Your employees can be your greatest assets whether they’re doing their job or talking about your company.

How other people perceive your business is important today more than ever.  Social media has increased the rate at which personal news travels and people are looking more toward reviews prior to purchasing.  The more people that are talking positively about your product or service, the easier it will be to generate more leads and close more sales.

In closing, when the three pillars are working together in perfect harmony, they build your public perception as a company that stands out from the rest. This is the best marketing tool you can use and one you don’t have to pay extra for.  Take a look at your foundation and find what you could be doing better.
